Ingeniero de Telecomunicación

Fulgencio Navarro Fajardo received the M.S. degree in Telecomunications Engineering ("Ingeniero de Telecomunicación" degree) in 2013 (2008-2013) at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain). From 2012 to 2014, he has been with the Video Processing and Understanding Lab (VPU-Lab) at Universidad Autónoma of Madrid as a researcher. He has participated in projects dealing with video-surveillance and activity recognition (EVENTVIDEO), and with UAV vision.

His research on low level techniques of image processing and computer vision is applied in the analysis of video sequences (object tracking and recognition, scene recognition and reconstruction, and 3D vision).
